I have lived in Clocktower phase one for almost a year, and, with any apartment complex, there are positives and negatives. The apartment itself, a fifth-floor three-bedroom unit is gorgeous, has extremely tall ceilings, and is over 1,600 sq. ft. The windows are all newer and very good at keeping in/out heat and cold. The air conditioning is sub par in the living room but keeps all three bedrooms cool in summer. The heat was a non-issue, I turned it on maybe five times all winter. Appliances in the apartments are outdated, the dishwasher is very loud and the stove and refrigerator are not the greatest, but are probably no worse than you would find at any other site. There is a laundry room on every floor and the units are industrial sized and affordable. The complex itself is very nice, all hallways and common areas are very clean and the the cleaning/maintenance staff is very friendly. Snow removal is an issue, during both major storms of 2006-07 the plows created 3-4' high snow banks behind cars in the parking lot. Obviously this issue can be resolved by paying for underground parking. The only real issue with Clocktower Place in my year has been the slow response of the staff. We had a toilet break on a Thursday and went to the office to report the problem first thing Friday. Friday came and went without maintenance, as did the weekend and Monday. I stopped in Monday after coming home from work to find the problem not resolved, and was told that maintenance crews had been too busy to respond because of snow removal. In all, Clocktower is a nice place to live. You won't find a nicer apartment for the price, and the location is convenient.

I had the same problem with the toliet and the same problem with the managment. SNOW REMOVAL IS AWFUL! I spend hours trying to dig out after the "snow removal" pathetic.
