Drunk college students, no air conditioning despite the heat, inattentive office staff, poor maintenance, overpriced laundry with clothes stolen, recent parking and fitness center fee increases. At least I can thank Clocktower for giving me the motivation to save every cent possible to purchase a home, so I never have to rent in such a crap hole again.

A few years back the owners of Clocktower had money problems. The city then loaned them a lot of money...with the stipulation that up to 30% of future renters are to be Sec.8. That should answer many questions as to why that place has gone down hill. in most cases the Sec.8 is kept off to one part of a building. A lot of Sec.8 in Somerset apts. Bld.1 as an FYI.

I'm in section 1. It blows. They should take some of that money and hire a real managment staff its a disgrace.
