What a piece of crap

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
Think if you leave your apartment pristine and spotless you will get your deposit back' Not if you don't give 60 days notice! The staff will lie to your face to keep every last cent of your money they can.
We gave well over a months notice that we would not renew our lease, they told us since they had found renters we would not be charged and OH SURPRISE!!! They still managed to withhold half a month's rent.
After putting up with a wasted lacrosse team wrestling next to our bedroom wall at 3 am for months and the management doing NOTHING after repeated complaints, refusing to turn on the air conditioning for 2 months of 80 degree heat, and countless other issues this is our thanks. I would never recommend Clocktower Place to ANYONE.
