I've lived here the past year and I am actually reluctant to leave here and were it not for a job relocation, I wouldn't.
The apartments are HUGE compared to any other apartments in the area and they are well priced for the size. The walls are a little thin, but I never had an issue with any of my neighbors being loud.
Parking kind of stinks if you get home after 8pm; I highly recommend paying the extra $30 and getting a private, underground parking spot.
The heat and AC were fine and the cost of utilities were a lot lower than I would've expected.
Also, the location couldn't be better; you will be within walking distance of the many shops, restaurants, and bars of downtown Nashua.
All in all, this was a great place to live and I would highly recommend it.

You may be within walking distance of all of these places, but would never walk alone in that area!
