Dobens managed my first apartment. It was a converted Victorian home. They did a good job converting it with seperate entrances. A bit drafty, but they had no problems with my insulating the windows and doors.

Kind with the rent pmt. if it's occasionally late. Maintenance is responsive and efficient.

Small, cheap but homey. In all a great 1st apartment, allowing me to "get the feel" of real life before moving into a bigger, nicer, more expensive place with more amenities.
