these apartments are rather dark, and the maintenance people are slow to respond to any problems. rent just went up, and I really don't think they are worth what we are paying. the kitchen is very narrow, the bathroom fan - until we took it apart - sounded like a 747 taking off, and the windows offer no insulation at all from outside noise (of which there is a lot - many, many children with nowhere for them to play but in the parking lot). our unit flooded and ruined much of what we had in storage. most of the time, one or both of the washers is broken. you can only turn right out of the complex, and often must use 2 jughandles (turn-arounds) to get to a place just around the corner - this gets more annoying than it might sound. if you live in an upper corner unit (as we do), the security light shines directly - and powerfully - into your bedroom (and the second bedroom) all night - bright enough to read by.

good things - gas stove, paid heating, and large master bedroom closet. allows cats.

overall, I wouldn't live here again, but I suppose it's convenient to route 3 and the neighborhood is safe.
