Very poor response to your problems.
They are prompt in responding to small issues but show indeference to problems that cost them money. They lie through their nose,
pass the buck between management and the maintenance dept and the property manager who is supposed to be the ultimate deciding authority --- is never available to comment nor answers back your phome call.
My advise, look elsewhere.
