I have lived at Forest Ridge for the last 3 years. When I moved in I was generally happy witht he place. Clean and pretty remote to the Amherst street rush. The maintenance people are very pleasant and well mannered. They are generally very prompt and if not, its because of some other major problem. But no complaints. THe tenants are very nice and pretty much keep to themselves, which is nice. The office staff is REALLY helpful. They take the time to listens to you and are always cheerful when you come in the office. A real nice group of women. I ahve also heard this from tenants throughout the complex. The rent is compatible to other apartment complexes and it included heat,water and gas. They are really good plowing in the winter. I have never met the property manager there, the women int he office have always handle and answered my questions promptly. An apartment is an apartment , but this is well operated by a group of nice, considerate people. They have made a lot of changes in the last three years I have been here and all have been for the best.

It's a good thing you haven't met the property manager. She has tried to hurt the chances of tenants getting loans for a mortgage by offering UNSOLICTED information regarding their leases.
