-Save your self time and Money. Do not move into Forest Ridge. Their office staff sucks and lack basic people skills.
-Their maintenance crew sucks. It takes them days to fix basic problems and they do not provide a report when problems have been fixed.
-Parking has become a nightmare. You cannot have visitors without having the fear of getting their cars towed.
-You can't have grills nor pets.
-Dumpsters are emptied once a week, c'mon 1 a week. uugh

I've been dealing with Forest Ridge to find a new apartment and the staff and maintenance have been nothing but helpful. Although the visitor parking is going to be a problem, it could be more of a problem if TENANTS didn't have spots because they were being taken up by visitors. They have tons of dumpsters around the establishment I can't imagine the convenience of emptying all of them once a week let alone each day. How much trash can one have?
