My mother has lived here for 4 mos.When moving her in and dealing with the office girls and the maintaince dept I found them to be very helpfull and pleasant.In my opinion,anyone that would have a problem living at forest ridge would probably have a problem living anywhere!

Boy do I agree. If you have problems with the staff or maintenance then you probably would have problems wherever you would live.

I love the maintenance team! They are always willing to help and please. once in 5yrs did I have to have them come back because a new guy forgot one little thing. He was new it was no big deal...They are Great!! CARLOS is the best!!! and if there is one that you feel more comfortable with or whatever you can let the office know and they will do there best to meet that request. remember it is a very large complex...there aren't to many this big.
