Management is great until you sign the papers. After that expect regular harassment and unmet promises. You think you will have a clean apartment when you move in...think again. You think there is adequate parking... no way they will tow your car if it is parked in a visitor space longer than 12 hours. If you get a flat tire watch out that is another $300 tow. Management is rude, dishonest, and unresponsive. Look elsewhere. You will be much happier.

I appreciate the idea of calling the office except we have tried that with the parking, and the neighbors building rooms downstairs, and the neighbors changing the plumbing, and the loud screaming kid who seems to think apartment means its owned and private. Unfortunately it seems maintenance is either friends or relatives of them so in order to get any of it resolved the building inspector is going to have to be involved, and hopefully because of the zoning fines rcvd the office may have to finally do something.

I am interested in knowing what the harrasment is...the only time they have called us in 5yrs was once because we forgot to drop off your rent check...not there problem..WE FORGOT!!! and for the parking issue RIGHT IN THE LEASE IT STATES!!!...THAT FOR A VISITOR STAYING OVERNIGHT WHICH 12 WOULD BE CONSIDERED THAT...THEY NEED AN OVERNIGHT TAG FROM THE OFFICE!!!!!!!!!!!! Also for a flat tire if it was the car that sat and sat and SAT ya I don't think $300.00 is bad when the rest of us had to look at it!!!! SO dont be pissed at forest ridge be pissed at yourself for not reading your lease properly before you signed it!!! My apartment by the way was SPOTLESS when we arived!!!! And for the one with the neighbor who has the 87 relative you can kindly make a call to the office stating that when this happens it causes a problem for you to park and you don't want to cause and problems but it is your right to have a parking space close to you home and not their realatives.

i agree i have many complaints about the management. have you noticed the maagement cleans his own area first and every one else has weeds 3 ft high. I noticed we turned into a campground in the back of one of the buildings there are pitched tents up and are camping out. it is so loud you have no peace anymore and you cant complain because of retalliation by the managers. and only one grill for 24 apts or more and they always have it its so conveniently right outside there door. I feel all tenants should have the same rules apply whether you work here or not. Alot of people want to sign a petition to either get better managers and grounds keepers or do something about the ones we have.

mmtb05 is cheesy, (s)he tries to bring down every negative review on this appt complex. Are you a relative of the management staff? I don't live here, I am looking for a place to live, and the last thing I want is a rigged review.
