DUMB IF YOU DON'T CONSIDER FOREST RIDGE

Have been a tenant for 2 years and this review is a long time coming.
Apologies to the staff.
Twice I have had to call for service on a Sunday and both times we had a response in under 30 minutes (No hot water and a leak from an upstairs tenants overflowing bath)
They had a 'PLUMBER' for the hot water problem at 8:30 PM on a Sunday. Beat that!
These are just a few examples of the excellent maintenance at Forest Ridge Apts.
The office staff has always been very responsive to all our requests and there have been more than a few. Kudos to the Office staff.
Bottom line; if your looking for an apartment in the Nashua area you would be stupid not to consider Forest Ridge.
CAUTION! Check the other complexes VERY CAREFULLY before you decide.
