I have lived here for around 3 years. The apartments are large, are priced well and the insides are totally redone everytime someone moves. But that is where my satisfaction ends. The outside maintenance is deplorable, the grounds are never kept up, and the inner hallways and outside of the buildings all need work. They tow cars when they feel like it - even if you aren't in the wrong - and you are forced to pay for it - it seems they make up the rules as they go along. I have never had a problem with my personal safety but many cars have been broken into.
Staff is allowed to do whatever it pleases. Several staff employees live onsite. If a tenant did 1/2 the things the staff does, it would be "written up" or spoken to. Yet staff can have loud parties in the common areas, work on their cars, let their kids run wild between the cars and that is all ok.
My recommendation: if you can't afford somewhere else in Nashua it is clean and relatively safe - otherwise, keep looking!
