Kinney Towing (Amherst, NH) is supposed to come every night between 8pm and 8am, and tow cars without tags. They don't come here every night, and when they do they pull 1 car. Meanwhile, residents are parking in the designated visitor spots, because there is nothing left alongside our buildings.

Recently, they posted a "raffle winner" parking spot in front of a building. The winner doesn't even live there. Not only is his van registered to MASS -which is against the rules- but he only parks there on weekends. So, the people actually living there can't have that empty spot (when it's always the only one left in the lot at night).

I think before raffling off parking spots they should make sure every paying tenant has a place to park. My neighbors and I have tried calling Kinney towing, to let them know of MULTIPLE parking violations, but they completely ignored us. They only check a couple of areas, of their choice -Never the entire lot like they're supposed to do.

I heard maintenance is also supposed to check the parking lots -They certainly do no such thing! The same people park here every night and continuously get away with it!

my old building had a raffle winner, but the person was already living there. The problem was all the visitors... we let the office know every time there was nowhere to park, but I don't think the tow place listens to them, either. You should try calling the office instead, so they know its happening in other parking lots, too.
