I've been living here with my boyfriend (and bunny) since 2007. We recently out-grew our 1-bedroom apartment, and moved into a 2-bedroom. The rooms are so spacious... especially the walk-in closet! It's a great deal living here compared to other apartments in Nashua, because heat and hot water are included -not to mention central AC. I think maintenance is quick to respond, and will work until the problem is fixed. I know from experience that if you need to complain about noisy tenants or parking, the office will always respond. Most of the problems we've had were minor inconveniences and/or fixable. The only thing I would change is the tow company, because they don't check every parking lot. We plan on living here until we can get a house. We know 15 other people living here, and they seem happy too.
