I have had enough from here. Too much noise, too much vandalism, bug problems, water leakage. They charge too much for rent when this place is falling apart. All they want is money. They don't fix the dryers here. We have 6 dryers and only 2 work with 38 apartments here. Half the time you lose your quarters in the machines. It is pathetic. Keep on looking. Trust me on this.

what do you do if you cant move, are in an aprtment that is supposed to plow but doesnt, and dont have a lease? Any help out there? BTW anyone looking to rent in the Monadnock area of NH if you rent from either Bob or Colin Kiptka, you will not get plowed out!
