Slumlords, be careful

Years at this apartment: 1996-01-01 - 2000-01-01

They don't care about the drug dealing going on next to you, they won't take care of the property, if you're heat doesn't work you better write them a letter because they won't fix it unless you threaten to not pay them. They don't patch walls, shovel walkways or answer complaints. They just want your money. I would rather live in a shelter than under their roof ever again.
