I live next to a Gauthier rental. They seem to rent to the low-lifes of Nashua. I have seen the cops come to that apartment more times in the last 5 years than ever before. Last year we had the SWAT Team show up when a domestic argument turned bad. This year they have a rat problem because these nasty tennents don't take their trash out---EVER. I don't rent from Gauthier Realty but I am looking to move just to get away. The apartments they own are dirty and not taken care of. The only time I ever saw someone do work on the building was when a man came to put up a new gutter on the builing. The man looked like a homeless person and it took him 3 or 4 days to do a 1 hour job. They are gross and nasty land lords.
