i have been in a gauthier hell hole for 3months and am getting evicted because until they fix everything in my apartment they are NIT getting their rent. I am 9months pregnant and had a gas leak and got sick from the carbon monoxide. we had the building inspector come in and they found about 15 code violations, gautheir had until feb. 22 to fix everything, it is now march 1st and we are still waiting for 2 MAJOR fire hazards to be fixed. They dont care about their tenants or their buildings, only their money

Contact the housing authrity with your issues. They can force these slimebags to fix their units without you getting evicted. On another note why did you live in that ---- hole to begin with? They're noted as being the worst in the city. Always check with the police for a crime check. They will give details on how often they have to respond to problems & what those problems are.

You should also call the Mayors office and Nashua Legal assistance. We had a mold problem in our apartment (we rent from Central Realty) and they were taking their sweet time fixing it, so I called the Mayors office and the next day Central Realty came out to fix the problem. Know your rights. If there are hazard problems in the apartment and you refuse to pay rent until they are fixed, by law you cannot be evicted as long as you write a letter to the realtor explaining the problem. Keep a copy for yourself and demand that they sign the letter. If they refuse then you can take them to court.
