Gauthier Realty should be ashamed to even have any part of property.They swindle you into renting and are beyond scumlords.I am appaulled with all the trash left outside.The lack of concern for their tenents and most of all they are court happy.In the meantime they dont fix stuff properly and I know of people getting extremely hurt by lack of maintenence.DONT RENT FROM GAUTHIER THEY ARE A JOKE.DONT BELIEVE ME DO YOUR OWN OVER ALL VIEW OF THEIR PROPERTY IT'S FILTHY,IN CASES BUG RIDDEN.STUFF CAN BE BROKEN AND THEY ARE ONLY IN IT FOR THE $MONEY$.I KNOW OF MULTIPLE COURT CASES AGAINST THEM AND I HOPE THEY GET WHAT THEY DESERVE.

I always say..Check the EXACT apartment, not a "teaser"that they show you.They are among the worst slimelords out there.
