I was quite surprised to find out before beginning to rent there that tenants are able to paint inside their apt if they choose to. I liked this idea as you don't find many or none at all places that will allow you to customize your own apt with some color. The rent amount has not changed since I've been there either which was another thing I was concerned about. We have access to a pool - and it's only be shared between the 2 bldging that HH has. I would like to see a slight change in the amount of cars each unit is allowed to have as parking is tight at times.
