Everything gets stolen unless it's chained down or has an alarm.
Managment needs to be reminded of need repairs and issues regularly.
All the buildings need roof repairs due to uncontrolable leaks in heavy ran or melting snow.
Lanscape does a great job, but often leaves their mess in your only parking spot for day's on end.
Most neighbors un-friendly.
Dryers never work, well the coin part does.
Rent goes up $75 every year.
The kids pool is 75% water 20% urine and 5%spit.
Visitor parking taken over by tenants that fill their garage with junk and have 2 cars. Some apartments have 4 cars. (That's 3 cars parked in the visitors spots).

Not a bad place if this is what your used to. I only like it because it's quiet and I have a baseball bat.
