Lived there for just a few weeks. I was broken into several times and the management was unresponsive about security. People were in and out all the time and drunks fought every night it seemed. There are better places in Nashua to live...like the street.

They're one of the worst slumlords in town.Only Gauthier is as bad.

I am terribly sorry if anyone had a bad experience in one/any of our properties. Neither one of the posters gave a name or an address. I can certainly say that if someone was broken into several times in two weeks, that perhaps they are hanging around with the wrong crowd. It has been my experience (over 30 years) that break-ins are the result of drugs and poor choices in company. However, Im sure that the poster feel he has been wronged. That is the beauty of apartment rentals....If you dont like where you live, you can move. We have operated as a family run business since 1928 (that does not just happen if these poor reviews were true.
