Very thin noise insulation between apartment walls. When some one walks in teh corrisors it sounds like they are moving in the next room. Maintenance is good. The closet space inside apartments is a joke and there is no additional storage. The rent is exorbitant consisdering the size of the apartments and the noise. The gym timings are horrible , does not open in the morning and opens even later during the weekends.
