I have to COMPLETELY disagree with the last two reviews. I have lived here for a few months now and have had a minor problem which maintenance fixed immediately. My apartment is very updated and the carpets are in satisfactory condition. The entrances and hallways are always exceptional clean as is the laundry room. ALL of the office staff have been exceptionally nice. My neighbors are GREAT, no noise and several have helped me carry in items on various occasions. And in reference to the last 2 reviews, the last time I checked speaking English was not a requirement for having a HOME!!! Not once have I felt that my safety was compromised. I apologize for sounding defensive but I am really happy with Pheasant Run and I am PROUD to call it home!
