I can't possibly tell you how
bad this place really is....whatever you do run from here don't walk..run as fast as you can!!! Lets just talk about how hot it is in the apartment from April-September...on average its about 80 in here all the time with the AC Cranking until it shuts down to breathe. The heat doesn't get turned off until the end of May so it just keeps coming out...all the time! If you like steam rooms then you will love the 3rd floor!

A new property manager has moved in and I have heard from several neighbors that shes not very pleasant. She has yet to say hello to me when I have gone to the office to drop off the rent money....so that doesn't say much for her.

One huge complaint that I have right now about this place is that they have been doing alot of work on the older buildings which is great and all but they give you no warning to the fact that people will be standing on your deck at 7:30am to fix the roof....Not everyone leaves for work that early and I happened to be sitting in my pajamas...I was not very happy. Another time their were painters peering into my windows while they were on ladders painting the decks...again they gave us no warning that people would be around doing work that day. And our quite hours here are until 8am but the landscapers start at 7am and the other workers were here with ladders at 7:30AM, Carpet Cleaners come around 7:30AM with their generator running in the back of the truck parked outside the window...very pleasant to listen to while you are trying to wake up in the morning.

Those complaints are just a small piece of the puzzle. I just advise you to look elsewhere before you look here. Its probably nicer than Forest Ridge but not as nice as Royal Crest thats for sure but all apartment complexes have these problems...another thing I will advise is if you do come here rent an apartment on Silver Drive and not Danforth Rd...they are much nicer, newer. And I have heard rumors that they have redesigned some of the apartments so make sure you go on as many tours as you can before you pick the one you want!! Some have new bathrooms and more kitchen cabinets, and newer carpet! Don't settle for one Kitchen Draw! Its not practical. I do hope the new property manager does a better job of screening applicants too because I have some the scariest neighbors!!!!
