Where do I begin'

Outside:

Landscape
They have done some nice work since I first moved here and they do clean the place up on occasion. For Example; they trimmed the trees last spring, and they blew around some wet leaves today. I think it would be great if they put in some nicer grass, updated plants, something a little more becoming then 1950 style gardens. Just my opinion!

Parking
We need more spaces!!! We need at least one assigned parking spot! And PLEASE tow cars that don't belong here and ones that have not moved in months!! It's frustrating to come home and not be able to find a place to park and see cars that have not moved since the beginning of summer because they don't work. And I don't even think their owner lives here any longer! Go figure!

Inside:

The Hallways
Please put blinds up in the windows in the hall. Since they have come down the hallways have been so so hot! It's like a freakin sauna in here during the day! And the tacky teal green color is so 80's! I was so excited to see that the halls were being repainted last year...and then I saw teal paint! Do you realize that people laugh at how ugly it is!


Apartments
The walls are paper thin. Almost like a necco wafer! I hear my neighbors going to the bathroom, snoring, talking on the phone, I hear their pets running up and down their hallways, I can hear them screaming at their kids and smacking them when I walk by to get my mail. I hear other loud noises that you can use your imagination for!

The doors, well lets just say my dorm room in college was harder to open with my credit card!

The paint, the decor, the carpet, the fake tile, it all needs to be go! A renovation is in need!

Kitchen Appliances
Fridge too small, stove is fine, dishwasher is as loud as a helicopter! Can't run it if you want to hear the TV. Kitchen cupboards...not enough. Draws...hmm...I think I have one' Counter space....no such thing!

Moving on!

Bathroom
Lovely tub, toilet and sink in a 5x7 space! One of these days I know that my toilet is going to fall through to the apartment below, I just hope I am not on it! The floor in my bathroom is coming up and looks like it had a water leak from something...it now creaks to walk on and the toilet actually moves off the floor! Its great!

Noise
The best part about living here is the noise! Imagine your lying in bed dreaming of sipping a Pina Coloda on a warm sandy beach and then "BEEP...BEEP....BEEP....BEEP...BEEP" oh its 4:00 AM and the Market Basket delivery trucks have arrived. Well, you get up annoyed and close the window...and crawl back to bed...."beep...beep...beep" faintly you still here it! Until hmm...11:00 AM! Better then that the Home Depot intercom that travels far and wide in the winter time! "Welcome to Home Depot...Bemis Toilet Seats on sale in asile 12"


Neighbors
My neighbors are great though! They move in at all hours of the night! Just the other day one of my neighbors had a furniture delivery...at 7:00 AM! Oh was it once....NO! 3 times now! They must really like the furniture people. Maybe they stop by now for coffee and donuts, but just like to bring the big annoying truck with them.

And the Mexican Rodeo..that is really something you can't miss. I think its in the fall...yeah the fall. Some of the neighbors get together and practice their rodeo skills in the parking lot. I bet your thinking...New Hampshire' huh...didn't know they had rodeo's up there' Yeah, well NH is like a northern New Mexico! We have it all folks...especially here at Pheasant Run! If you aren't living here...boy are you missing out!
