I was living here for 3 mths while working at a nearby hospital. I found my experience to be very positive. I was there sept '04- dec '04. I did have a problem the first day with the air conditioner not working. They came the same day and by the following day I had a brand new air conditioner. My apt was fully furnished with furniture and housewares. Every thing was clean and fairly new. With corporate housing you get a cleaning person who comes once per week...she was terrific!!!
I have stayed at 2 other properties that they own up in Manchester and I found this one to be the nicest, although the Princeton court on River Rd, Manchester was quite nice as well. There was no opening there when I returned and I ended up in Nashua. Overall, I would highly recommend this to someone looking for corporate housing.
