I've lived here for about a year. The grounds are very nice well keeped up, although walls are a bit thin but very nice that the bathrooms are right next to each other as well as the bedrooms so i dont hear someone taking a shower at 3am. i dont feel my one bed room is worth $950 that i pay each month. In addition our stove is right next to the sink so every time i tuch the stove i get a rather suprising jolt!!! Not very good for some one whom is expecting.
Well the building that i live in is over run with indian people, the hall ways always reek of curry, and they MUST all know each other because they are always in the halls talking and letting their kids run around free of any adult supervision.... AHHH cant wait to move!!!

I think Pheasant Run is trying to drive us out by leasing to the most obnoxious and rude ------- possible.
And yes, they block out the "I" word. No one wants them here, not even the management, who will readily admit to this in private.
