Insurance doesn't seem to like it much

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2008
 
Moved less than a mile away, auto insurance dropped by nearly $100 per year. That's curious, and might say something about the complex.

No problems retrieving security deposit.

Not a place I'd recommend to anyone, there are far better options available based on almost every metric.
