The apartments are alright.. but I would not recommend this place to anyone. There is many reasons why ! Where should I begin'
The hallways smell of Curry ALL of the time.
In the little community of Pheasant Run, Americans are the minority.
If you desire the feeling of living in a third world country-- rent from Pheasant Run!
The traffic is horrible. Especially around holidays and on the weekends.
The hill- going up Silver dr. is ridiculous in the winter.
When they plow.. expect to shovel.
I leave for work around 8am ..as does the normal working citizen.
I assumed that by then all walkways/stairs would be shoveled... but not this place ! Your trucking through snow if you need to get out of that building.
It may be just me, but I assumed that these things would be done by 8am'
Dont get excited about the dishwashers.
After restarting the dishwasher 3-4 times ON THE SAME load of dishes..
I finally gave up and began handwashing.
These posts on here that talk about how great the staff are...
ARE OBVIOUSLY FROM THE STAFF.
They are far from great.
FAKE is a better word for them.
They are so.. overly nice. Its easy to pick up on.
They are pretending to be people that they are not.
They get you signed into a lease then once you have a question.. they give you a run around. They don't return your emails or calls.
They are all stuck up SNOBS.
DONT RENT HERE! YOU CAN DEF GET BETTER FOR THE MONEY.
and if you have a cat .. forget about it.
$3 5 0. 0 0
NON-REFUNDABLE cat deposit for "allergy treating" the place.( once your out )
It is already routine to paint the place and wash all of the rugs.
What else is needed'
Last time i checked.. you can a rent a rug doctor at home depot for 50$ a day
and a couple cans of paint..goes for, what like 50$'
that leaves $250.00
THEY RIP PEOPLE OFF. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt

1) Yes, the place is largely a third world hole with a horrific stink.
2) Traffic is a nightmare, and can literally spend half an hour or more on the weekend just getting to the nearest highway on ramp. Christmas, well, it's right next to a number of malls...
3) The concrete/cement stairs are often very slippery, and not well-lit.
4) They do keep the dishwashers, no matter how badly they are functioning, until they are completely dead.
5) Don't know if the staff is posting here or not.
6) Can't tell if they are fake or not, but some feel "off." They have an e-mail address?
7) Oh, yeah, you can get *way* better value for your money. Just look around a bit.
8) Yes, they have a non-refundable cat deposit.
9) Yes, with the awful neighbors, lack of concern from management, and tiny apartments with shoddy construction, it's a rip-off.

Agreed. The apartments are poorly constructed which means that noise from neighbors is the number one problem. Very few people stay longer than their initial lease because of this. I have seen more move-in/outs in this place in 1 year than at any other apartment complex. The staff knows this is an issue but they need to sell apartments so they are not up front about it. If you do not give written notice of your intent to leave at the end of your lease at least 60 days in advance they will make you stay an additional month. If you are 2 days late with the rent check they demand an immediate $50 fee. Look a little further and find an alternative living place!
