Really gone downhill

When I first moved into the apartment it was a decent and quiet place for the price. However, over the past year it has become significantly worse. Some families with children have moved in, and many of the children play unsupervised/occasionally supervised in the streets and parking lot making it dangerous to drive through. Also, many of the children have cause various other problems in the apartment hallways as well. The management staff is good about informing other residents about the problems and trying to correct complaints that they recieve, but none of the problems are ever really resolved.
