I have been living at Pine hill for about a year now. I have very few complaints. They are currently updating energy efficiencies within the apartments. They seem to be striving to make improvements. I have to say that Jill, the new manager has been very nice and goes out of her way to be helpful. I was actually concerned that I left a candle burning one day, so she actually ran over to check for me! I think that the quality of the management has gone up since she came on board. Although I do have to say, that even though I have not had ANY problems, I have found out that there are two registered child sex offenders living within the complex. People should know this before moving in. Unfortunately I did not know this before signing the lease. Again, I have had no problems so far, except for being frightened. Although I believe that people should always check the registry before moving anywhere if that is one of their concerns.

One of these offenders even lives in the same building as the office-- ALL SET with that.

obviously they do not screen the peope to well. the place has really gone down hill since the last person was there. jill is not very friendly and she does not go out of her way that is for sure
