Recommended for a couple starting out

My husband and I have lived at PHG for a year now and we really don't have any complaints. Yes there are the things that you are going to find in any apartment complex (not the greatest washer/dryers, some noise from neighbors, etc), but for people who are just starting out it is a nice place. The apartments are not huge and the kitchens are small, but cozy and definitely livable. We spend $895/month on a 2 bedroom and it is enough space. We do live on the 3rd floor (which I'd recommend), but our electric bill (electric heat) did not go over $60 during the winter. The management is nice and we always had prompt responses if we needed to call maintenance. The units have AC and central vacuuming. They also allow cats which was helpful since a lot of places won't accept pets. The complex has the highway on one side and a small airport on the other, so be mindful, but you honestly get used to the planes and I don't even notice it anymore. Parking is not usually a problem. Overall, I would recommend this place to couples or small families.
