DEFINITELY A NO NO TO PINE HILL GARDENS IN NASHUA, NH!!!! I m contemplating the idea of moving ASAP!!! At Pine Hill Gardens, you will live with bugs that aren t sharing rent with you, but they share your apartment. The neighborhood itself is nice, but the complex is terrible. I live across from a registered SEX OFFENDER. Thank God I don t have kids. My first few months in the complex, I woke up to a completely flooded apartment that came out of the bathroom. The bedroom and living room were flooded. All the food in my food went bad at some point because the old fridge they had in the apartment shut down while I was gone for a week. My bathroom has over flown on several occasions, spewing water from the tub, toilet and sink .sometimes the kitchen sink! The bathroom flooding usually happen when water from the laundry room back up to the bathroom. The laundry room and toilet share the same pipeline. You know what that means MY ---- GOES THROUGH THE LAUNDRY WATER PIPE. Just this morning, I woke up to a bathroom leaking water from the ceiling. I can t tell you how many times I had to complain about something. Usually the same damn problem!!!! They presume to fix it, but if you wait couple of month it will happen again. By the way, when the entire apartment got flooded, I was late to work.
