Ive lived at pine hill for about a year and I am getting ready to renew my lease in october, my fiance and i love it here, we live in a quiet building on the 3rd floor which is great in the winter because we very rarely use the heat but not too great in the summer because we always have to have the AC running because its so hot. The staff is absolutely excellent to us, they have been nothing but nice to us when we have had problems, contrary to what people say we have NO bugs, the only bugs come from us opening the screen in the front window which is obviously our mistake. we have never had a problem with our bathroom sink, shower, toilet. Nothing. Maintenance is fabulous, we have had very few complaints, a leaky fridge, replaced same day with a brand new one, some plug issues fixed same day, the air conditioner filter was changed the same day we had questions about it... Plowing could be a little better in the winter but problems can be avoided by parking in the big parking lots. The walls are a little thin but nothing horrible happens most of our noise comes from the duplexes across the street, the only really negative thing is there are no buzzers so you constantly have to let people in if you have company. oh and the laundry machines are nothing great we go to the laundry mat. All of the buildings were upgraded with new cabinetry, granite, and berber carpets and a fresh coat of paint... for the price we pay its a great place to live. There are some sex offenders that live there, the office knows their buildings and you can request not to live in those buildings. I did :)
