I have lived for 10 months and it's been 10 months too long! Many problems - BUGS!!!! COCKROCHES to be exact! Since I have moved in (1/03) there have been bugs - the management staff does respond quickly but exterminators have treated the apt. 6 times to no avail! I believe it has something to do with the types of people who live here. Hate to sound un-politically correct but as a white american, I am a minority here.

There is also a large "white-trash" element here which means some screaming and yelling and drug activity, all hours of the night.

Management is courteous and prompt but seems to rent to anyone who applies.
