I am sick and tired of getting up in the morning and having stuff to do and have no hot water. So far it has been four days in row with out hot water. The heating system sucks when it drops below 20F, You just can't get worm. The hall ways are never clean and i see cigarette ashes all over the flour all the time. Yes, People smoke up and down the hall ways and don't give a ---- were they put there ashes.

As you can see i have nothing realy good to say about this place. It is about as good as any other cheaper place. Good luck if you move in.
