Don't be fooled when they show you the place. The walls are VERY VERY thin, especially the basement. It gets extremely moldy in the summer. I personally have problems with the neighbors playing their TVs, Video Games and Stereos through their surround sound. They are also extremely stingy with the heating system b/c the owner is so cheap. It is so cold in the winter and it is very drafty. The windows should be replaced.

Although the management is quite nice and helpful, I do look forward to moving somewhere else.
