Regent Park apartments are a great place to live! We looked into renting here mainly because of the ammenities.Heat and hot water are included,but the best thing is that we have our own washer and dryer in the apartment. Regent Park is the only apartment complex in Nashua that can boast that.Not only are the washer and dryer included, we also have a full size refrigerator and stove, a dishwasher and garbage disposal, and a built-in microwave!Going to a laundromat every week or to the laundry room is such a chore, not to mention costly.We appreciate the convenience.
We have lived here almost 10 years.The maintenance staff is just terrific. If we have a problem with anything that needs fixing all we do is call the office and it is taken care of promptly.The appliances are serviced or replaced the same day.There is always a member of the maintenance staff on call in the evenings if an emergency should arise.
The gal in the rental office(I'll call her Debbie) is friendly and very helpful, quick to address any problems or complaints that might occur.
Last but surely not least is the location. We are less than a mile in either direction of Amherst Street away from grocery stores, restaurants,eateries,carwashes,dry cleaners,hair salons,and several strip malls. There is even a cinema about 10 minutes from my door.AND...the Nashua Transit runs right by the end of Deerwood Drive, the street that Regent Park abuts.
