I respect the opinions of others, who seem to say that the office staff and maintenance guys are great. They are. But the apartments are lousy.
NO hot water is the rule here. No heat in the winter, very cold.
The owner is too cheap to set the thermostats up a little bit higher to make the place livable. He nickle and dimes on the gas bills so he can get richer at the expense of us being able to take a shower or stay warm.
The appliances are old, out of date. Washing machine is SMALL and can handle only a small load. And you better be washing with cold water, because, once again, there's NO HOT WATER.
The walls are paper thin, you can hear your neighbors sneeze.
These apartments are NOT a good deal for the money.
