Place is not that bad. considering you can put up with a few things. for example, The lack of hot water gets under my skin alot. It looked as if they tried to fix this problem, but in actuality it made things worse. Now I have to deal with water that fluctuates in temperature rather rapidly and the real problem of having hot water still has not been resolved. Made things just a bit worse from what I can tell.

The appliances are a bit old, but you can't find any place around that has a washer and dryer in the unit. One place you can is merrimack but the cost is a bit higher. I can't say I have any complaints with my appliances, they have not failed in the last 2 years.

The grounds around the apartments are kept up and looking nice.

All the people I meet seem real nice and they don't hesitate to say hello. Not to much trash around that I have noticed.

The staff are extremely nice! Need something fixed and they do not hesitate to fix it. A on that aspect.
