Lived here 1995-1998. No problems with parking or neighbors, but problems getting anything fixed. A/C didn't cool the place. Heat would have the downstairs HOT and upstairs would be freezing. Never used the basement because there were MICE and we could not get rid of them. Dishwasher was on the fritz for six months and repairmen had been in three times, I called again and was told we had not reported it. Pool was dirty. Liked the location, and the apt in general, but the rent seemed too high for what it was.
