I stayed at Regent Park in a two bedroom town home for four years.

The staff was always responsive and courteous and Debbie, the property manager, is the most professional person I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with in renting four apartments over the last 27 years.

While I was a "geographic bachelor" during my stay (commuting on weekends to another city to see my wife), I found Regent Park to be just fine Monday-Friday and the occasional weekend. The neighbors could be a bit noisy from time to time and the walls could be a bit thicker but, generally, I was able to cope with that. I also had some hot water problems from time to time when my schedule coincided with my neighbors and, if there were one thing I would recommend Regent Park invest in when they get a chance, it would be some tankless hot water heaters so they could just ditch the boilers.

I thoroughly enjoyed the pool during the summer as well as a pleasing prospect of family backyard barbecues and kids playing on their bikes, razors and roller blades in the parking lot behind my unit.

So, as apartments go, I would give Regent Park high marks. I would (and did) recommend it to friends and colleagues.
