I lived there from 98-2000, and I never had any problems. My neighbors were very quiet and it was like I had none. Maintenance was always friendly and timely. The noise wasn't bad at all for the time frame I was there. Mine Falls Park is right down the road and great for biking or hiking, tons of trails! Shopping is very convenient there as well. The highway is close and there aren't too many people there, so you don't feel too closed in. It was a really nice place to live. I highly recommend it.
