Nice Apts, but be selective and beware not to trust the lady

Our stay was nice. The apartments are located at a very beautiful location with Nashua mall at walkable distance.
But the only thing you should take care is not to trust blindly to the lady there who shows the apartment as she would say all the nice things and hide few imp things. Same thing is with the lease agreement clauses.
