This place sucks for the following reasons: they incrementally raise the rents every year $35.00 to $120.00 even though the "owner" is a gazzillionare. Mold spores everywhere, They tow cars randomly-this is not Boston it's New Hampshire, the hallway rugs are discolored and smell, they're cheap and don't replace the simplest of things, THE MAINTENACE IS TERRIBLE they're all amatures and can't fix anything, locks on side doors never work so you can't even get into the building after a long days work. Maintenance staff is VERY rude & uneducated in their skillset, they keep security deposits often, power goes out often in the entire complex,snow plowing is always late and can't get to work. You think about this pit & do the math. Good luck
