Well, if you have lots of money to pay for lease breakage, live here. the apartment complex is good and totally enclosed. the rooms are roomy, and all that but still, the rents are pretty high, almost 1200 for two bed, one bath. never had maintenance problems. the place was good enough although the dishwasher was probably older than any of the staff. one thing i liked in the contract was that they employ people to remove snow from your car too!! ever heard of that' but last winter (2001-02), you'd see those folks only when it was snowing heavily. the leaves weren't raked in the fall too. the gym i heard is upgraded but imagine just a tiny gym for over a thou apartments'' i guess they encourage wrestling with the other folks to get access to the gym.
