We lived here from Spring of 2000 through 2001. We were told we could move in at noon, only to find they had not cleaned the carpets yet and we had to wait a few hours until they dried. We found the maintenance staff to be freindly and polite, although specific problems could drag on for months before being resolved. I agree with others who claim the place was crawling with children (and often rude parents). The grounds are nicer than at most other complexes but parking was not ideal. Forget finding a convenient space after 7pm on weekdays or after 5pm on a Sunday. The interior common areas (hallways, etc.) looked like they were from the 1970s and more often than not, the pugnent smell of curry greeted you at 6 am in the halls. Our 2 bed / 1.5 bath apartment was fairly spacious and had very good closets. Others have complained about noise and we noticed that the walls were not too thin but the floors/ceilings were inadequate for controlling noise. Two small children lived one floor above us and a few times a week we'd swear there was a bowling alley up there.
