Watch out for the bait and the switch when visiting Royal Crest for the first time. The promises are many with few fulfilled. At $1038 a month for a one bedroom apartment, you might expect to be able to have a parking space, clean hallways, broad-band cable and internet connections and a functional laundry facility. But prepare to be disappointed if this what you're looking for. Furthermore..."in an effort to make renting more fair for those who practice conservatism with heat..." they are now installing usage monitors in each apartment so they can bill for heat. Are they reducing rent''' NO!!!
